TotK Recomp turns Tears of the Kingdom into a native program for Windows and Linux

The open source project recompiles the Switch game to x86-64 with Vulkan rendering, starting from your own copy. It's playable, with visual bugs and crashes still expected, and has reached version 0.3.13.

Ocarina of Time 3D recomp reaches Switch with an experimental first release

TriAevum, the native recompilation of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D that started on PC, now has a port for Switch on custom firmware. Version 0.1.0 runs on a Switch Lite, though busy areas slow down at stock clocks.
